How To Return An Item

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible. To initiate a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include a note with the reason for your return. We will be happy to assist you.

• The item must be in its original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
• Clearance items are non-refundable.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your refund.

Exchanges

As all of our items are handcrafted goods, exchanges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item you would like in exchange. We will work with you to find the best solution.
